Michelle Melin-Rogovin is a collaborative leader in the nonprofit sector with 30+ years of experience in fundraising, public relations, and nonprofit management in health, higher education, and social service organizations. She has demonstrated success in building and leading teams for program and philanthropic growth, leading to sustained giving and fiscal stability, improved staff retention, program stability, and stronger organizational processes. 

Michelle is a trusted storyteller and experienced trainer to support communicators seeking to improve their effectiveness speaking to large audiences or the media. Michelle is highly adaptive, with the proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate to achieve project goals. A results-oriented project manager with highly effective communication skills, Michelle provides superior client service and maximizes value while managing projects to their timely completion. 

Michelle received her master's degree from the University of Chicago and certification in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University. She currently serves as a Trustee on the board of the Awesome Foundation in Chicago and raises funds for medical research for a local university in Chicago.
